Kachina now has a Sonora Quest lab station/employee in our office.

We are pleased to announce that Kachina now has a Sonora Quest lab station/employee in our office. This means our patients will be able to have all of their labs collected in our office. Lab hours will be available Monday-Friday from 7 AM to Noon and 1 PM to 3:30 PM.

Flu Shots are now available.

Flu vaccines are now available by either injection or nasal vaccine. This year the influenza vaccination is recommended for patients of all ages over age 6 months, regardless of health status. A special high dose vaccine is available for those over 65 that is covered by Medicare. Of note, Kachina Family Practice only administers preservative-free vaccinations. This year flu shots will be given during walk-in flu shot hours and also during routine office appointments. WE WILL NOT BE SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS FOR FLU SHOTS.

Tuesday: 7AM - Noon & 5PM - 6:30PM
Wednesday: 11AM - 6:30PM
Thursday: 7AM - 6:30PM
Friday: 7AM - Noon

Extended Office Hours

Kachina Family Practice is now offering extended hours. Appointments are available Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 6:45 pm and Friday 7:00 am to 3:45 pm. Come see doctors who know your medical history the next time you need to be seen after hours instead of going to the Urgent Care.
Please note: we do not have X-ray capability after 5 pm.
