Dr. Tosca is no longer practicing at Kachina Family Practice

Dr. Mark Tosca's last day at Kachina Family Practice was 8/31/2010. He is leaving primary care and will be working at an Urgent Care in order to have more time with his family. The other Kachina doctors will be happy to see his patients.

New Billing Service

As of January 1, 2010, Kachina Family Practice has contracted with Parata, Inc. a billing service to handle all of our medical billing and collections. We are excited about this change and are confident it will be a positive change for you and our practice.

If you have any billing questions please contact our billing service at 1-866-480-8501. We prefer all payments be made by check, however, credit card payments are possible by returning the form on your statement, over the phone at 480-706-4100 opt. 2 or at our front desk.

Extended Office Hours

Kachina Family Practice is now offering extended hours. Appointments are available Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 6:45 pm and Friday 7:00 am to 3:45 pm. Come see doctors who know your medical history the next time you need to be seen after hours instead of going to the Urgent Care.
Please note: we do not have X-ray capability after 5 pm.

WebView

Kachina Family Practice has reduced the price for WebView, the secure online access to your medical information and messaging with your doctor. To learn more, click on WebView in the menu on the left.

Online Appointment Scheduling

Thanks to WebView we are now able to offer online appointment scheduling. Patients who are enrolled in WebView can now message our staff and request an appointment. You will be notified by email within 24 hours of your appointment time.
