It has come to our attention that some of our patients are receiving letters from CIGNA stating that their provider at Kachina Family Practice is no longer in the CIGNA provider network. This information is incorrect, and is due to a clerical error in CIGNA’s records. You may disregard the letter.

CIGNA is working to correct their records. You will continue to receive in-network benefits when you visit Kachina Family Practice. We value you as our patient and look forward to serving you in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience.
